MA Hoisting License Exam Prep Class Schedule
Our Massachusetts Hoisting License classes provide the required education and all the necessary study materials to help you pass the test. No need to guess which areas to spend the most time studying.
What is the difference between a hoisting license and hydraulics license? Nothing, previously, it was called a hydraulics license, but the state of MA has now adopted the term hoisting license.
1C/2A Exam Prep Combo Course
- 1C – Telescoping Booms without Cables, and Forklifts.
- 2A – Excavators, Front-End Loaders/Backhoes, and Unloaders.
1B/3A Exam Prep Combo Course
- 1B – Telescoping booms with and without cables (cranes), and forklifts.
- 3A – Overhead cranes; air & electric powered.
Class Time: Unless otherwise noted, all classes are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Class will run from 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Check-in will begin at 9:00 a.m. If you plan to utilize our on-site physician to obtain a DOT medical card the day of the class, please arrive by 8:30 a..m. You do not need a reservation.
